Iwant to express my deepest gratitude to the team at The Animal Doctor veterinary clinic . Recently, I had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to my beloved Dallas, and their compassion and expertise were invaluable during this heartbreaking time. From the initial consultation to the final moments, every member of the staff showed genuine empathy and provided a comforting environment. The veterinarian took the time to explain all of my options with clarity and patience,I was a wreck ensuring I felt supported in making the best decision for my boy.. They answered all my questions with sensitivity and never rushed me, allowing me to feel confident that I was doing the right thing. Their heartfelt care extended beyond just my Dallas, they also looked after me, offering tissues, kind words, and a quiet space to grieve Even down to a simple candle for other patients to understand someone was losing a family member at the time . The level of support and understanding I received from team members made an unbearable situation slightly more bearable. I am eternally grateful for their professionalism, empathy, and genuine love for animals. If you're looking for a veterinary practice that truly cares, I highly recommend them.

I am immensely pleased with the quality service, professionalism, and kindness. My first experience was to get a 2nd opinion on our dog. They were correct with a cancer diagnosis and point this to some specialist in Columbia South Carolina. To make a longer story short Otis was only given about 2 months. We gave Otis all the loving in special attention that we could over those two months. When we scheduled an appointment to have Otis euthanized all of the staff was so kind to our situation. It's a difficult decision to make but it must be done. The staff gave us all the time we needed. Today, and week afterwards we received a card from the Animal Doctor. It was so nice that the entire staff signed a card with personal messages and we will be forever grateful! Long live Otis!!!

I bring my English bulldog Buffy their super friendly clean very knowledgeable with the breed. Plan on bringing my other two dogs their also. Great vet took me two others before I found them third time was the charm.
